QCD: Quality OK. Cost OK. Delay / Deliverables OK.
The hotel is very centrally located. There is a subterrainean parking very close to the hotel. I recommend making a reservation for the parking via the Internet prior to your visit. Interparking Centraal. The breakfast had a very good selection of hot and cold foods, with a good choice of coffees, teas & sekt. The room was of excellent size, with a large working area and a large flat screen TV.

Very clean, easy check-in, big room. Great location. Friendly staff.
You can hear everything in the rooms next to you. Bath on the pictures, but we only got a shower.

Really good hotel
Nice hotel, very friendly employees. The restaurant was a bit empty but the food surprisingly good!!
Some finishing touches were missing to make it a full 10. For example, the nightstand was looking like it had better days. But really nothing major.

Great location in Antwerp
The hotel location is great - it's at the back of Antwerp Central Station and you walk through the arcade that runs parallel to the train tracks until you get to the end and the hotel is in a quiet square just off to the left. It's a modern building that looks like an office block, which is ok as it's a business-oriented hotel catering for busy executives. Reception is just inside the entrance, by the bar - it looks a bit odd as the receptionists are standing up, facing inwards - it works ok but suspect it can become a bit confusing when it gets busy. The receptionist checking me in was very friendly and helpful - top marks for that. All the hotel staff were friendly, actually, which is nice. There are 3 lifts, so getting up & down is pretty quick. My room (407) looked out onto an adjacent office block but it was nice and quiet, even with the window open all night. The big bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size with a good, easy to operate shower. Breakfast is in the restaurant on the first floor - there was a good food selection.
Minor gripes - and they are minor: * dreadful, euro-pop piped into the lifts and playing in reception all the time * bar staff not serving full measures of beer - there's no excuse as the glasses are lined with measures (33cl or 50cl) - the beers were topped-up each time upon request but it shouldn't be necessary to ask * I stayed 5 nights and though the room was serviced each day, coffee sachet replenishment was hit and miss - I had brought a few with me, luckily, but had to ask a receptionist for some coffee on my last night - it arrived quickly and happily but, again, it shouldn't be necessary to ask * the WiFi isn't a secure network - it worked well, though
